Netflix has released the first trailer for the Connor McGregor documentary series starring Khabib Nurmagomedov.
The four-part project will describe how the Irish UFC fighter rose to the pinnacle of sporting glory. The series will also show how McGregor prepares for his next return to the sports arena, serving as a coach at The Ultimate Fighter competitions and training to fight Michael Chandler.
The trailer contains footage of UFC champion Khabib Nurmagomedov, McGregor’s main rival not only in the sports ring, but also outside.
“This life is a mind game with its ups and downs. I will fight for myself. And I don’t let defeat scare me. Real champions rise again,” McGregor says offscreen.
McGregor Forever After premieres May 17 on Netflix.
