Singer Oleg Gazmanov on Instagram (the owner of Meta was considered an extremist and banned in Russia), admitted that his family was shocked by the news of the death of fashion designer Valentin Yudashkin.
“My wife Marina and I were particularly hurt because Valentin and I have been friends for many years. The artist was an example of courage despite the suffering, a serious illness for which there was no cure in recent years, ”the artist wrote on his personal blog. Gazmanov noted that Yudashkin did not complain of pain to anyone from his circle and continued to be creative.
The singer called the fashion designer “our great couturier” and agreed with the words of celebrities that Yudashkin’s departure from life is a loss for Russia. “We will remember Valentine as an unusually bright, engaged, loving and friendly person!” said Gazmanov.
Valentin Yudashkin died at the age of 59 after battling cancer, which the fashion designer was diagnosed with in 2016. Farewell to the fashion designer will be held on Saturday, May 6, at the Troekurovsky cemetery in Moscow.
