The Kaliningrad District Court overturned the sentence of businessman Vladimir Semenov for beating actor Pavel Priluchny – the convict was forced to participate in the correctional work for 1 year 5 months, as he caused grievous damage due to negligence. TASS writes about it.
“The Judicial Board of Criminal Cases of the Kaliningrad District Court, after examining the materials of the case, annulled the decision and sent the criminal case to the same court with a different composition,” the court said.
On November 21, 2020, Priluchny got into a dispute with the owner of a restaurant in Kaliningrad. As a result, Semyonov threw at least two punches and kicks to the player’s head. The artist, who was injured in the head and broken bones, was taken to the hospital. The criminal trial began on January 25, 2022.
