The newsreel “MOOLT v Kino” will introduce the interactive game format in theaters for the first time in Russia. This was reported to socialbites.ca in the press service of the film magazine.
A new educational leisure format will appear in cinemas to develop attention in children and involve parents in family viewing. The presentation of the updated format of the film magazine will take place on April 23 at the Oktyabr Cinema Center in Moscow as part of the Animation Universe section of the Moscow International Film Festival (MIFF).
Starting May 20, each issue of the newsreel will feature an adventure game that unfolds in three colorful locations in the Multiworld city: Magic Forest, Wonder City, Winners Tower. “We’ve worked hard to come up with something bright, exciting, colourful, useful and interesting that will surely engage all of our viewers without exception. I hope that both children and parents will like the new city of Multimir and the fun educational adventures of “animated chips”, and the joint trips “MOOLT in the Cinema” will become an even more anticipated event,” said the curator of the animation program MIFF Tatiana Tsyvareva, MULT TV channel.
Before the new releases of the MULT v Kino film magazine are shown, a QR code will appear on the big screen of the cinema that needs to be scanned, go to the website and register. The rules of the game will be announced before each issue of the movie magazine is read. As soon as a colorful game cube with the number of moves appears on the screen, the funny “animated chips” will begin their amazing journey between locations and missions. Between episodes, kids will answer questions about the content they watch.
On successful completion of the tasks, children will be able to accumulate points in their personal account and exchange them for rewards in the future.
