The Moscow prosecutor’s office will check the actor Danila Kozlovsky in the article on discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, following the complaint of Vitaly Borodin, head of the Federal Security and Anti-Corruption Project. TASS.
“At the moment, the Moscow Prosecutor’s Office has been instructed to conduct an investigation against DV Kozlovsky for discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation (part 1 of article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation),” a law enforcement source said.
Previously Danila Kozlovsky announced that he plans to sue Vitaly Borodin.
Kozlovsky said that Borodin used his power not to fight corruption, but for personal PR purposes. According to the actor, the politician systematically overloads the law enforcement system, forcing the authorities to work weekly on another complaint against a famous person.
