This The Film Festival will celebrate its twentieth anniversary from May 15-18.With a reduced ticket price of 3.50 euros, this Thursday Fedicine announced FECE, the Spanish federation of cinemas, which is the organizer of the initiative, along with its distributors.
This Advance sale will be valid from 10 May -both online and at the box office- and for participation you must pre-register on the Film Festival website as usual, except for those over 60 and under 14.
This event, which encourages going to movie theaters as a social and cultural habit, was held for the first time in June 2009 and has been held twice a year since 2011 and was only interrupted by the pandemic.
The last edition last October recorded 1.3 million viewers in four days. 82.2% more than a year agoafter the first pandemic, with 704,927 people participating in three days.
On this occasion, the Film Festival will coincide with premieres such as: Guardians of the Galaxy: Volume 3‘; “The Lost King” by Stephen Frears; the western movie “The Bounty Hunter” with Christoph Waltz and Willem Dafoe; and Spanish films like ‘Fatum’, ‘Asedio’, comedy ‘¡Vaya vacaciones!’ and ‘20,000 species of bees’.
