Artist Nikas Safronov filed the biggest lawsuit in Russian art history, demanding 10 billion rubles from Wildberry. Puree.

The marketplace specifically sells a Nikas wooden painting, a Nikas cross-stitch set, a Nikas T-shirt bag, photos of which are attached to the statement of claim sent to the Moscow Arbitration Court.

The document states that the owner of the “Nikas” trademark has the exclusive right. Safronov’s defense stated that he had sent a request to the company, requesting Wildberry to issue cards containing merchandise and compensate the customer.

Former author Jeff Wilson sent copyright infringement lawsuit by streaming service Netflix. The author of Queen Anne’s Revenge claimed that Netflix borrowed the plot of the book.
