Yuri Firsov, widow of singer Valentina Legkostupova, posted a photo with a wedding ring and a bouquet of flowers on her Instagram (the owner of Meta was considered an extremist and banned in Russia).
“Thanks a lot! Happy again!” Firsov replied to the congratulations of journalists.
Some social media users criticized the widow, who decided to remarry 2.5 years after her ex-husband died. In response, Firsov recalled that he had been grieving for his ex-wife for almost 3 years.
“Three years! How much more do you offer to mourn? This is one and the second – Valyusha does not want to see me in this world in despair! Hello to all teachers and counselors, and I wish you to live your life!” he objected.
Legkostupova died on August 14, 2020 as a result of head trauma. In December 2021, Firsov announced that he himself was responsible for the death of the artist. According to him, he “ignored” his wife.
Previously widow Legkostupova said that she would give her children a share of the singer’s apartment only in exchange for money.
