– Tell us about your new song – what message does it contain? What inspired you to write it?
– It’s a dance floor. It’s about how one person can meet another and suffocate, dissolve, run away from everyone and that’s at a noisy party or whatever. They can just run away because they don’t need anyone but each other. Inspiration is something that cannot be described in words, so it’s hard to say what inspired the writing of the song, it’s just a very fleeting moment. It is clear that I always pass out, I live, but by the way, this somehow happened in principle with Katya. At first we just talked, then we looked into each other’s eyes and avoided everyone.
— How often do you give concerts? Where and when are the next performances scheduled?
— I had four concerts this week. I’m going to the fifth concert now. Follow the schedule exactly, it’s hard for me to say, it’s hard to predict now because concerts are like mushrooms growing after rain.
– In which Russian cities do you remember tours the most? Perhaps, thanks to concert events, you have visited places where you would hardly go?
– It’s hard to say. I just love to travel. This is our family faith, Katya and I love to travel. And I love every city I go to. There is no place I don’t want to go back to. This is partly due to the people who host us. Each city has its own story – very interesting when told to us.
— Why did you abandon the album format in favor of individual tracks?
– This is the trend of the modern music industry, everything changes very quickly. Everyone is making EPs now, these are mini albums. It is quite possible that after some time I will release such an album, which will have several title tracks and tracks that can pretend to be some kind of musical experiment.
– Tell us about the fate of the Caucasian wedding song, which you promised to record after a dispute with Soso Pavliashvili.
– Almost ready. My hands don’t reach out to write. I wrote and already fully prepared for the recording. I just need an extra week and this week is sadly or fortunately not there to write. I think the song will definitely come out in the summer. It’s such an interesting discussion that I really like it, Soso gave me the idea. It seems to me that I succeeded, but of course you are the judge.
– How are you different from Dominic Joker of Star Factory 4 era today?
– I’ve gotten older, more restrained, a little calmer, less reckless. And so I have the same adventurism, so there is not much difference.
– How do you remember that time? Do the frequently asked questions about “Factory” bother you? After all, it’s been almost 20 years since you joined and many still associate you with the project.
– NO. You know, this is one of the brightest memories in my life, I love talking about it, I love having it in my life, I love being associated with this project, I’m happy anyway. I am happy that I have a life after the project that did not stop at Yıldız Factory despite the fact that it happened to some artists, and I am very sorry for that. So this time I remember only with good feelings.
– Why do you think the “Factory” stopped dating? Are there too many stars?
– No, just every project and artist has its own lifespan, or rather a time of rest and relaxation. By the way, it is very skillfully used by prominent Western artists. They don’t leave anything for a while, not because they’re tired and fed up with everything. They deliberately wait for a pause. There is even such a phrase – “it became familiar.” Therefore, such point appearances are more characteristic of the success of both the artist and his musical material.
– Do you think it would be appropriate to revive the project today?
— Yes, it seems to me that this project should be handled very correctly in today’s realities: both musically and in terms of PR, hype, design. Some changes will have to be made and then this project will now be quite successful.
What is the secret of your energy? Judging by the video, you are as active as 20 years ago – this is noted in the comments on social networks.
“It seems to me that if you stop, the life around you also stops. Moscow is a very noisy, bustling city. Yes, when you come to a quieter place, you relax for the first two or three days, but then people who are used to this rhythm feel such a misunderstanding about what is going on around them that you feel like you are missing something. what you need a place to run and do something.
– How did you and your spouse Ekaterina celebrate March 8? If it’s not a secret, what gift did you give him?
– We celebrated March 8 on March 9 because I was at an away concert in the Emirates on March 8. The next day, before my flight, I wandered into a large shopping mall and bought him some presents that are now hard to find in Moscow and Russia in general. I spent 2-3 hours but I found what he wanted and now he has it.
– At the end of last year, Ekaterina announced her IVF preparations. Tell me if possible, is there any news about it?

– Your son Martin Breslavsky is a real figure skater. Tell us about your achievements and expectations. What is the global target?
– I just corresponded with Martin, he and his partner are going to the Russian championship, and this is a serious achievement at his age, he is 17 years old. I wrote to him that it was great and that Katya and I believed them. To which Martin replied: “It’s great when we get the world.” Just got this message from him.
– Afraid to send your son to professional sports? Did Martin encounter any serious difficulties?
– Martin had to face serious difficulties, but we were not afraid, it was his desire and this desire was due to the fact that our friends who started sports early really liked his daughter. And I can say that at the age of three and a half he went there for her. Only later did he realize the seriousness of this invasion. At the age of six he made attempts to stop him, the same attempts were made at the age of 13. Nobody forced him.
But he had a huge challenge – a training-related injury. Then the doctors said he had two options: to quit the sport and then everything will go away on its own, or to have surgery and go into rehab. We had a serious talk about this topic. He asked how much time he had to think. I said he has plenty of time no matter how long it takes because it’s just his decision. And literally two days later or the next day, I don’t remember exactly, he woke me up and said I had to have surgery because he was dreaming of ice. And now as an adult he has seriously coped with it.
