Actor Milos Bikovich in an interview TASS suggested that any cinema could survive without Hollywood movies.
“I’m sure cinema can survive without Hollywood productions. It’s not about the cinema, it’s about the extent and income of the cinemas. This is the main question. Also, we live in the age of the Internet, where you can easily get any content and watch it both legally and illegally,” said Bikovich.
He expressed the view that Hollywood film studios cannot ignore the Russian market for a long time, since it is profitable for them to profit from distribution in Russia. Bikovich noted that in Serbia, for example, locals go to both Hollywood blockbusters and Serbian movies. According to the artist, local cinema attracts Serbs with “something unique” and holds a special place in the soul of the audience.
Previously Milos Bikovich described shooting the space movie Challenge as a “unique experience”.
