The organizers also confirmed the cancellation. “For reasons beyond the control of the organizers and artists, the Grotto concert at the Hands Up club will not take place on March 23,” they wrote.
On March 22, the Grotto concert in Perm was cancelled. The energy of the building where the show will be held has been cut off.
