British singer, vocalist of electronic duo Goldfrapp, Alison Goldfrapp, announced the release of her first solo album, “The Love Invention”. NME writes that it is scheduled for release on May 12.
The artist also released the new single “So Hard So Hot”. The video for the song was released on the artist’s official YouTube channel. As stated in the video’s description, this is the first video from the “visual additions” cycle to the album.
Goldfrapp in January introduced “Digging Deeper” is the first solo track featuring German house project Claptone.
Goldfrapp’s latest album, Silver Eye, was released in 2017. In 2022, Alison Goldfrapp appeared as a guest vocalist on Röyksopp’s song “Impossible”.
Previously duo The Chemical Brothers released a video for a new song, “No Reason”.
