In an interview with the broadcast, star attorney Richard Roth suggested that Lockwood’s intentions weren’t all that pure. “Lockwood wants the same thing as her father, who won custody of Britney Spears. The legacy of both Elvis and Lisa Marie will go to the girls and he definitely wants to control these girls’ money because they are young because he believes he has the right to it,” Roth said.

On January 13, Lisa Marie died of a heart attack at the age of 54, Priscilla, the widow of her mother, Elvis Presley, told reporters. Son Navarone Garibaldi, surviving from Priscilla, and three grandchildren – the children of the late Lisa Marie by Danny Keogh and Michael Lockwood: Riley, twins Harper and Finlay.
