Alexander Uss, the governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, said on his Telegram channel that he met with the 71-year-old songwriter and performer, People’s Artist of Russia Alexander Rosenbaum, who had surgery for a blood clot in his leg.
He described the situation as difficult with surgical intervention. “Alexander Yakovlevich is full of optimism, thanks to the doctors and everyone who supported him. The situation was really difficult. The BSMP provided the necessary assistance on time, the operation was successful,” Uss wrote, thanking the doctors for their professionalism and dedication.
He also expressed hope that Rosenbaum would return to the stage “very soon”.
Previously the organizer of Rosenbaum’s concert in Krasnoyarsk saidthat the musician did not complain of pain. At the same time, doctors with whom the artist met before the concert on March 13, when he was hospitalized, were alarmed by the artist’s condition.
