The case between the People’s Artist of Russia Philip Kirkorov and the fisherman from Saratov, who was prevented from fishing by a pier near the artist’s home on the Myakinin Peninsula in the Moscow Region, has moved to a new court. The artist’s lawyer, Alexander Dobrovinsky, told socialbites.ca about this.

According to Dobrovinsky, plaintiff Ryskov applied to appeal to the judge. “Mr Ryskov really wants to open the swimming season in March, and of course there is no better place for this than the coastline of Philip Kirkorov’s field. The lawyer commented on the new course of the case.

Dobrovnisky noted that the plaintiff applied to the court at the wrong address. “But the fact is that the plaintiff was completely confused about the boundaries of the reservoir to which he had to access and went to the court at the wrong address, therefore the case was transferred to the jurisdiction of the Krasnogorsk city court,” he said.

Previously reportedHe said that the Odintsovo city court rejected the complaint of a citizen of Saratov against the singer.
