XVIII St. Petersburg International Book Hall from May 18 to May 21 in St. will be held in St. Petersburg, reported Deputy Governor Boris Piotrovsky on the Telegram channel.
According to Piotrovsky, the hall will be dedicated to important events: the 320th anniversary of St. Petersburg, the Year of the Teacher and Mentor, and St. Petersburg becoming the cultural capital of the CIS in 2023
Four pavilions will be set up in Saray Square, where books will be presented by at least 200 publishers. “As last year, we will once again support representatives of the book industry – there will be no registration fees for participants,” the deputy governor said.
Presentations, master classes, meetings with authors, performances, lectures are planned within the framework of the fair.
st. Petersburg International Book Hall has been held since 2006. It was visited by more than half a million guests in 2022.
