Vladimir Grigoriev, Head of the Department of State Support to the Periodical Press and Book Industry at the Ministry of Digital Development of Russia, said that the 2023 Red Square Book Festival will be held in Moscow from June 2 to June 6. Grigoriev also added that in 2023, other major book festivals will be held in Russia: from March 3-5, Siberian Atlantis in Berdsk, The Coast in Blagoveshchensk, White June in Arkhangelsk, Red Line in Yekaterinburg, Vladimir “Kitovras” in , literary festivals in Vladivostok and Perm.
He added that the National Prize for Children’s Literature will begin in 2023. It provides seven nominations in total, and the total prize fund will be 11 million rubles.
