The largest US publisher, Gannett, stops publishing Dilbert comics after racist comments by its creator, Scott Adams, who advised its readers to “stay away” from black people. It has been reported daily mail.

“Scott Adams’ recent discriminatory comments influenced our decision to stop publishing his comic. “While we respect and encourage freedom of expression, his views do not align with our editorial values,” said Gannett, who owns more than 100 newspapers in the United States.

The Cleveland Plain Dealer also severed ties with Adams. Its editor, Chris Quinn, wrote in a letter that this was not a difficult decision.

Dilbert’s creator, Scott Adams, along with Scott Adams made a number of racist remarks on his show Real Coffee, including advising them to stay away from blacks, which he referred to as a “hate group” in reference to poll results. It shows that almost half of the black population disagree with the statement “It’s okay to be white”.
