The virtual group consisting of musician Damon Albarn and artist Jamie Hewlett Gorillaz has released their eighth studio album “Cracker Island”. The track list of the album contains ten tracks.
The album includes Stevie Nicks, Adeleje Omotayo, Thundercat, Tame Impala, Bad Bunny, Booty Brown and Beck. Five songs – “Cracker Island”, “New Gold”, “Baby Queen”, “Skinny Ape” and “Silent Running” – were previously released as singles.
According to Gorillaz’s mythology, which is added with each new release, the members of the fictional group have now left London and traveled to the Silver Lake area of Los Angeles. The occult converges as easily as the exhaust gases and air of Los Angeles.”
Previously Gorillaz has released the video for the song “Silent Running”.
