Rob Grant, father of American singer Lana del Rey, announced the release of her debut album Lost at Sea. The record containing Grant’s piano compositions is scheduled to be released on June 9.
According to Rolling Stone, Lana del Rey’s voice will be featured in two songs, “Lost at Sea” and “Hollywood Bowl.” Grant is expected to release the album’s first single “Setting Sail on a Distant Horizon” soon.
The artist’s six-time Grammy-nominated daughter on Instagram (Meta’s owner is known as an extremist and has been banned in Russia) wrote that Grant’s musical debut “either will be the beginning of something good or it will destroy us all”. “May the force be with us all. So, let’s be honest, he’s always been a star,” del Rey added.
Previously Lana del Rey has also announced a new album. Did You Know There Is A Tunnel Under The Ocean Blvd hits theaters on March 10.
