Born in Elda, he began his studies with Francisco Pastor and Rafael Jeziersky. He later moved to Madrid to train. Reina Sofia Higher Music School with Natalia Shakhovskaya and Michal Dmochowsky. After his time in Madrid, Alfredo entered his current residence, the Basel Hochschule, where he continued his studies. Ivan Monighetti, Sol Gabetta, Reiner Schmidt and Anton Kernjak. He completed the student phase with a master’s degree in the Claudio Martínez-Mehner class.
Also known as Alfredo onomeya, combining his career as a classical music interpreter with electronic music composition and production, directs him to collaborate with visual artists and dance projects. On the other hand, after years of observing and studying the effects of sound on people, Alfredo teaches individual and group sound therapies to rebalance and increase our energy and vibration. In these, Alfredo uses his voice, cello and Tibetan bowls, among other instruments.
Dominican Chamot
Born in Cologne, Germany in 1995, pianist Dominic Chamot is appreciated by the public for his wide and versatile international activities as a soloist and chamber musician. Despite his young age, he has won more than twenty international awards and prizes, making him one of the most accomplished pianists of his generation.
After starting in Shelia Arnold’s class at the HFMT in Cologne, she moved to Basel to study with renowned pedagogue Claudio Martínez-Mehner, where she received the highest qualifications for the Bachelor and Master Soloist degrees. During this time, Chamot is invited to play with orchestras such as the WDR Symphony in Cologne and the Basel Symphony at venues such as the Berlin and Cologne Philharmonic Orchestra, the Vienna Musikverein or the Steinway Hall in New York.
He has received international awards in Berlin, Zwickau, Enschede and Weimar and received fellowships from Deutsche Stiftung Musikleben, Migros Kulturprozent and the International Lieven Piano Foundation.
He is also in great demand as a chamber musician and accompanist: he was invited to prestigious European chamber music festivals and worked as an accompanist at the Basel Theatre.
