Singer Filipp Kirkorov commented on his Instagram (Meta’s owner is known as extremist and banned in Russia) that Ukraine, including Russian artists and public figures, is on the sanctions list and turned to President Vladimir Zelensky.

Kirkorov described Zelensky on the set as “an old comrade and partner”, whose “scenario from beyond the ocean” took him “to the ashes” with his country.

The singer stated that “fanatic people” who “take over the propaganda and news agenda” do not allow alternative views and news to be heard, as well as their relatives and friends.

“By the way, I was lucky, only my songs were banned, yes my bunny,” Kirkorov wrote.

Also, the artist added to the text of the message on the social network video frames of the song “Just Give” with the participation of Zelensky.

Former actor Viktor Sukhorukov also commented added his name to Ukraine’s sanctions list. She suggested that Vladimir Zelensky was jealous of her.

On January 7, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decree imposing sanctions on 119 Ukrainian and Russian cultural figures. The document was published on the Ukrainian leader’s website. Along with Sukhorukov, sanctions were imposed on artists Irina Allegrova, Dmitry Bilan, Mikhail Galustyan, Larisa Dolina, Philip Kirkorov, Sergey Lazarev, Evgeny Petrosyan and others.
