TV presenter and memoirist Mikhail Shirvindt believed in Internet scammers who allegedly sent money to his friend. This was reported by Telegram channel 112.
Shirvindt received a message from an unknown subscriber. She introduced herself as a friend of the TV presenter and said that she was in an emergency and urgently needed 140 thousand rubles.
Shirvindt immediately sent the money, but suspecting something was wrong, he later contacted his friend. It turned out that he did not go into any emergency and did not want money.
The channel states that the police have launched an investigation into this incident.
