Theater Festival for Youth “What do you mean?!” With the support of the Presidential Cultural Initiatives Fund, St. Petersburg will open. By TASSEvents will take place over the course of six months at various venues in the city, including the Alexandrinsky and Social and Art Theatres.
“The festival will be a practice on an unprecedented scale of working with a young audience, young directors and teachers,” the festival’s press service said. “Besides performing, its program includes training programs, master classes and laboratories.”
The first training program of the Paraobrazovaniye Festival on the history of theater and current stage practices will be held at the Social and Art Theatre. Lectures, master classes, roundtables, laboratories, performance discussions and meetings with directors will be held for the youth.
Earlier, the Presidential Cultural Initiatives Fund summarized Results 2022, where six competitions are held: two main grant competitions and four special competitions.
