Bulgaria proposes to increase gas price by another 6%

The Bulgargaz company has offered to increase the price of natural gas in the country by another 6%, to 315.61 leva (approximately € 157.8) per megawatt hour. This has been reported TASS.

The price stated does not take into account additional payments.

The Bulgarian Energy and Water Regulatory Commission had previously accepted the company’s offer to increase gas prices by 60.01% from August 1, making it a record 297.89 leva (about €149) for the country.

At the end of April, Gazprom refused to supply gas to the Bulgarian company Bulgargaz, because they refused to pay in rubles for energy supply.
