Starting August 8, SME Bank, a subsidiary of SME Corporation, is reducing the tariff for providing bank guarantees for participation in purchases to 2.7% per annum in accordance with federal laws 44 and 223. We are talking about amounts up to 50 million rubles, including, as reported by the press service of the financial institution.
The report says that SME Bank offers its clients all kinds of bank guarantees necessary for the conclusion and execution of government contracts under federal laws 44 and 223.
To receive bank guarantees, the amount of which is less than 50 million rubles, the principal – the buyer of the guarantee – must provide a guarantee only from the owner or general manager. According to SME Bank, guarantees of less than 10 million are given without collateral.
Requirements for the minimum period of registration of the principal under the guarantee – from 1 day, provided that the amount of the bank guarantee does not exceed 1 million rubles.
“One of the key priorities in the bank’s work is to increase the availability of government support for SMEs and the number of customers with bank guarantees. I would also like to point out that the interaction with the counterparties of the bank is carried out through electronic document management systems that meet all modern standards, said Petr Zaselsky, Chairman of the Board of Directors of SME Bank.
It is noted that customers registered in the Russian Federation are given a bank guarantee.
