Rosneft presented new developments on conceptual design

According to the company’s press service, experts from the Rosneft Scientific Institute in Ufa announced the development of software “RN-Alpha” for integrated modeling of oil and gas production processes.

The new development will help calculate various scenarios for site development and select the most cost-effective options.

RN-Alpha will be available to experts in various departments of the company.

Developers state that the new software will reduce labor costs in performing routine processes.

RN-Alfa has already created and tested 24 software modules and 9 layout services, and more than 200 projects have been uploaded to the database.

Developers plan to start industrial testing in 2025.
