Mobilized, conscripted military personnel (except students of military schools or universities) and other citizens who are not undergoing military service but have concluded a military service contract for a period of one year or more military assignments before December 1 will have the right to delete operations in Ukraine .
We are talking about the deletion of liabilities related to loans received before December 1, 2024 and for which judicial proceedings regarding debt collection have entered into legal force or enforcement proceedings have been initiated.
