January will be the least snowy month for vacation in 2025. This was stated by RIA Novosti Alexander Yuzhalin, head of legal practice of the SuperJob service.
“The cost of a working day can vary from month to month. To determine the cost of one working day, you need to divide the monthly salary by the number of working days in the month. Accordingly, the fewer working days in a month, the higher the cost of one working day,” explained Yuzhalin.
January is the month when the cost of a working day is highest due to long New Year holidays, making holidays unprofitable these days. In addition, it is not recommended to take holidays in May, June and November due to the decrease in working days.
Before now, the snowiest months for holidays in 2025 named July and October. The fact is that these two months, on the contrary, with the largest number of working days – 23 each, respectively, are the most profitable in terms of receiving vacation payments.
