Flat prices in Old Moscow reached historical records 13:38

Prices for new buildings in Old Moscow have increased to record levels – the price per square meter exceeded 600 thousand rubles for the first time. about this writes RIA Novosti, with reference to data from real estate company Metrium.

Today the average cost of a “square” in the old Moscow regions is 609.9 thousand rubles. During the year the price increased by 16%.

Moreover, if we consider the mass segment of the Moscow “primary” market, the growth will be much lower – only 3% per year, 330.97 thousand rubles per square meter.

“Next year, price growth in the capital’s primary housing market will slow down. Experts predict that this can be explained by the fact that base mortgage rates have reached exorbitant levels and lending conditions have become tighter.

Last two months in Moscow to change decreased supply in the new building market. At the end of October, the number of available flats and apartments decreased by 2.3%, following a 31% decrease compared to the previous month.
