The majority of Russians surveyed (70%) are now ready to change their field of activity, and 24.2% are looking for options on how to do this. These are the results of a survey conducted by the online financial platform Webbankir (available from socialbites.ca).
Only 30% said they were satisfied with everything in their job.
“Would it be easy to find a new job if needed?” while answering the question. 35.6% of participants responded positively. The remaining 24.9% fear that conditions in the new job will be worse. 19.8% said they would need additional training to change jobs. 19.7% believe it will be difficult to find a new job.
Respondents rate their labor productivity as higher than the Russian average. According to 61.9% of respondents, labor productivity is low in Russia. 27.2% of respondents said it was “the same as in most other countries.” 10.9% believe it is “higher than most other countries.” At the same time, 37% of respondents consider labor productivity high, 55.3% average, and only 7.7% admit that they work inefficiently.
The majority of Russians surveyed (77.6%) reported staff shortages in the sectors in which they work. Of these, 33.4% of respondents reported a shortage of “any employees,” while another 44.2% reported a shortage of only “good, qualified employees.” And only 22.4% see no problems with staff availability.
