He also noted that additional funds would be allocated to assist the regions.
The Prime Minister added that the Ministry of Finance is preparing the necessary changes with the participation of relevant units.
Mishustin also emphasized that the total amount of revenues and expenditures, which are the main indicators of the federal budget, will not change.
