Gazprom published correspondence with partners about the repair of turbines and documents on Portovaya CS

The Russian company Gazprom, as promised, part of its correspondence with foreign partners on turbines, and also telegram channel Documents shared at Portovaya compressor station.

In open access, the company has placed securities in the compressor station (CS) Portovaya, where gas compressor units from Siemens Energy are installed.

Gazprom, among other things, published the Rostekhnadzor protocol, which lists the malfunctions of the GPU and gives orders for the elimination of the identified violations. The agency stated that the continued operation of faulty equipment poses a threat to the life and health of personnel. In addition, Rostekhnadzor issued a warning against violations, suggesting to rectify the situation or suspend the operation of the turbine if the violations cannot be ignored.

Former Deputy Head of Gazprom Vitaly Markelov accused Siemens and its Western partners are in breach of their contractual obligations. According to him, the supply of the Nord Stream turbine from Canada to Germany is not in accordance with the contract.
