The leader in the ranking among Russian cities with a population of over one million and the lowest apartment rental costs was Omsk. The average price of rental housing at the end of September was about 25 thousand rubles. These statistics were provided by the press service of the Yandex Rental service at the request of socialbites.ca.
Krasnoyarsk took second place (27 thousand rubles on average), and Ufa took third place (28 thousand rubles). Also in the top 5 were Krasnodar and Chelyabinsk (30 thousand rubles each).
The decrease in the average rental price of one-room apartments in September was recorded only in Novosibirsk. The cost of rental housing during the month decreased by 0.7% and amounted to just over 39 thousand rubles.
Price of Kopeck apartments for rent in St. In St. Petersburg, it fell by 0.7% to 71 thousand rubles.
According to Yandex Rentals, renting a house in September has become more expensive than in the summer months. At the beginning of autumn, the average studio rental price reached almost 32 thousand rubles (+4.5% per month). The price of one-room apartments for rent increased by 6.9% (up to an average of 35 thousand rubles), the price of two-room apartments – by 3.6% (up to 45 thousand rubles), the price of three-room apartments – by 3.1% per month 61 thousand ruble.
