FAS agrees to transfer assets of Russ group to company merging with Wildberries 16:24

The Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation (FAS) agreed on the transfer of the Russ group of companies to the joint venture of the outdoor advertising operator and online retailer Wildberries, RVB LLC. This was reported by the press service of the merged company. TASS.

“The FAS accepted the petition of RVB LLC (legal entity of the combined Wildberries and Russ companies) to approve the transfer of shares of the Russ Group of Companies to the merged company Stinn LLC. The statement noted that all necessary government approvals for the merger transaction were received.

As part of the share transfer, RVB LLC will become the owner of the legal entities of the Russ group.
