“The FAS accepted the petition of RVB LLC (legal entity of the combined Wildberries and Russ companies) to approve the transfer of shares of the Russ Group of Companies to the merged company Stinn LLC. As part of the share transfer, RVB LLC will become the owner of the legal entities of the Russ group.
