According to the bank’s press service, Alfa-Bank and the Higher School of Economics (HSE) launched a network master’s program in Financial Technologies.
8 regional universities in Russia participated in the program.
As noted by the head of Alfa-Bank Vladimir Verkhoshinsky, the main goal of the program is to create a system for training highly qualified personnel in the field of financial technologies in the regions.
“We are joining forces with the School of Economics and leading regional universities to provide an integrated approach to education,” he said.
As part of the program, students explore real cases in theory and practice. The best graduates will be invited to a paid internship at Alfa-Bank.
Upon completion of the training, students will receive a diploma from the School of Economics and the regional university.
“I am confident that the synergy between business and education leaders within the framework of the Financial Technologies project will help to correctly respond to the challenges of the Russian labor market and create opportunities for its scaling across the country,” said Nikita Anisimov, Rector of the Higher School of Economics.
