More and more federal developers are interested in projects in the Far East, Deputy Minister of Construction, Housing and Communal Services Nikita Stasishin said at the session “Integrated development of regions: new horizons in housing construction” as part of the IX Eastern Economic Forum.
According to him, 2 years ago there were several times fewer federal developers in the Far East.
“Today the geography is expanding and I think there will be great competition for these lands and territories prepared by the DOM.RF Institute team,” he said.
Stasishin added that the time it takes for a project to reach the construction phase in Russia should be shortened.
“A minimum period of time should pass from the moment of idea and purchase of land or CRT for bridge loan to the start of construction,” he said.
Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Construction noted that high rates and interest were paid during project design, inspection and other transactions.
He stressed that regional and municipal authorities should interact more actively with developers.
Let us remind you that the IX Eastern Economic Forum will be held in Vladivostok from 3 to 6 September.
