Krasnoyarsk became the leader with the lowest prices for long-term rental housing in August. You can rent an apartment in a metropolis for an average of 22.7 thousand rubles. These statistics were provided by the press service of the Yandex Rental service at the request of socialbites.ca.
Also, the lowest rental rates were recorded in Omsk (average 25.2 thousand rubles), Ufa (25.4 thousand rubles), Krasnodar (27.8 thousand rubles) and Samara (average 33 thousand rubles).
The millionaires with the lowest average rates for one-room apartments at the end of August were Krasnoyarsk (an average of 23.3 thousand rubles), Krasnodar (25.8 thousand rubles) and Rostov-on-Don (an average of 31.8 thousand rubles). The minimum price tag for rentable one-room apartments in Novosibirsk, Moscow and St. Petersburg was 15 thousand rubles, 16 thousand rubles and 30 thousand rubles, respectively.
The cost of renting a two-room apartment in Novosibirsk starts from 20 thousand rubles, in Kazan from 23 thousand rubles. In Moscow, you can rent a two-room apartment from 34.5 thousand rubles, in St. Petersburg from 20 thousand rubles.
At the end of August, the minimum rental budget for a three-room apartment in Kazan was 25 thousand rubles, and in Novosibirsk it was 20 thousand rubles. Renting the cheapest three-room apartments in Moscow and St. Petersburg will cost 39 thousand and 30 thousand rubles, respectively.
