From August 8, large families will be able to apply for a payment of 450 thousand rubles to pay off their mortgage. This is reported by TASS With reference to the statement of the press service of DOM.RF.
“The Government of the Russian Federation approved the procedure for citizens to apply for payments to repay debts on mortgage loans for large families upon the birth of children in 2024-2030. The size of the payment is 450 thousand rubles, in some regions of Russia it can reach up to 1 million rubles; you can apply for state support from August 8, 2024.”
It was announced that it is possible to get assistance in mortgage repayment for both the purchase and construction of a house.
Previously, the Ministry of Digital Development of Russia refuted information about the impossibility of dismissal of IT specialists without early repayment of the concessional mortgage.
There have been changes in the IT mortgage program: the rate no longer exceeds 6%, the program has stopped working in Moscow and St. Petersburg, and the size of the concessional loan is limited to 9 million rubles in all Russian regions.
