Finsocial stands out as the second best place for women’s professional development

finsocial It was featured as one of the best workplaces for women according to Great Place to Work Colombia, and ranked second among 301 to 1,500 employees on the Work Environment Index, which aims to foster transformation in organizations that positively impact society.

In fact, nearly 64% of the financial institution’s 800+ employees are women, as the company recognizes the role of women in creating productive, profitable and sustainable work environments.

In the ranking, elements such as the Transaction Index (wages, benefits and development), the Commitment Index and the Work Environment Index were evaluated.
