It was noted that in the first half of the year, average salaries for some positions decreased by 15-25 percent annually, falling to about 150 thousand rubles.

The highest income is for IT specialists in banking and retail – 265 and 240 thousand rubles per month, respectively. IT workers working in game development receive less – 149 thousand rubles, in medicine – 137 thousand rubles, and in production – 105 thousand rubles.

Russian companies are increasingly turning to entry-level specialists with low salary expectations, the HR holding reported.

A report from the previous Avito Work service showedin Moscow in the first half of the year the average salary of beginner IT specialists (young people) increased by 5% and amounted to 91,488 rubles per month. In second place is St. Petersburg with an indicator of 75,564 rubles (an increase of 15% on an annual basis).
