The leaders among the regions of New Moscow in terms of the volume of primary housing supply are Sosenskoye (7422 lots, -11.3% per month), Marushkinskoye (4270 lots, -11.1%), Desenovskoye (2591 lots, +91.3%). Syrtsov explained the decrease in the supply of new buildings in residential areas of New Moscow in June by the rapid increase in demand for housing in anticipation of the end of concessional mortgages.
