Earlier, Kolunov suggested that Rosreestr consider the possibility of providing citizens with the opportunity to impose an independent ban on real estate transactions. In his opinion, such a ban can be activated through a single government services portal or multifunctional centers, and a citizen will be able to lift the ban on his own at any time by following the established procedure.
The letter, signed by Rosreestr Deputy Chairman Alexey Butovetsky, states: “The Federal State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography Service considers the appeal about the possibility of ‘self-prohibition’ of citizens from real estate transactions, conceptually supporting it. Development of a draft law incorporating the proposed mechanism.”
