“Imagine if Venezuela and Russia signed an agreement where we accept that the measures of the UK, France or the US do not apply in our own countries and we have the freedom to do legitimate, lawful business with each other,” he said.

Moncada announced that, according to the plan, such an agreement would be signed by 50 or 100 countries in order to counter and protect against the economic aggression of the United States. He added that such an offer was made to Russia and “all friends in the world” to combat coercive unilateral measures.
