The text states, “The parties will develop and mass produce a multi-purpose twin-engine turboprop aircraft that can carry 19 passengers.”

It was noted that the aircraft can perform a wide range of aerial work, including remote and hard-to-reach areas. Certified according to civil airworthiness standards, the aircraft will be able to operate in difficult weather conditions.

On April 15, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin during his meeting with Belarusian Prime Minister Roman Golovchenko in Moscow. reportedIt was stated that the parties will sign an intergovernmental agreement on the joint production of the Osvey light multi-purpose aircraft.
