A lawsuit was filed against Dmitry and Alena Dremlyug, Yuri Dalishnev and others; The second case was filed against Victoria Ledukova, Oleg Kan, Alexander Kan, Dmitry Pashov and 15 other defendants. It also belongs to 21 companies, including Moneron LLC, Primorskaya Fishing Company LLC, Aquamarine LLC. It was noted that they were controlled by the Korean company Olves Co., Ltd and Kang, who has a residence permit in South Korea and escaped from the court.
The court decided to collect the damage to aquatic biological resources in the amount of 358,706,352,296 rubles from Kan and other defendants in favor of the Russian Federation.

The defendants include 31 companies and 29 individuals, including famous businessmen Dmitry Dremlyuga and Oleg Kan, who are called the “crab kings” of the region.
According to prosecutors, the Dremlyuga and Kan companies posed as independent operations, but were actually affiliated with each other. Since the businessmen were foreign citizens, they were engaged in the illegal extraction of aquatic biological resources, which is prohibited by law without special permission from the authorities.
