The average salary offered to Russians in March was 60 thousand rubles. At the same time, in some vacancies it exceeded 260 thousand rubles, that is, it turned out to be more than four times. These statistics were provided by the press service of the recruitment service hh.ru at the request of socialbites.ca.

Judging by the number of published vacancies with a salary of 260 thousand rubles, the most generous in the labor market are construction companies – a fifth (20%) of such vacancies belong to them. They are followed by IT companies and firms providing various services for other businesses with a reasonable margin (their share in the total volume of highly paid vacancies is 10%). Seven other industries where employers posted more than 1,000 high-value jobs per month include retail, transportation, logistics, warehouse, automotive, consumer goods manufacturing and financial services.

The highest-paid offers in March included a senior engineer responsible for cybersecurity operations (6 thousand euros or 603 thousand rubles at the current exchange rate and a move to Vienna), business development manager for investment products (from 400 thousand rubles). taxes) and other offers in the IT field with a salary from 500 thousand to 700 thousand rubles.

Almost every third vacancy is with a salary of 260 thousand rubles. refers to sales, that is, sales managers or sales department heads. However, as a rule, for such vacancies, companies indicate the maximum possible salary or “fork” depending on the fulfillment or even exceeding of the sales plan, but the real salary may be less.

Most often, vacancies with high salaries are posted by capital companies (Moscow’s share is 40% of the total number of vacancies with a salary of 260 thousand rubles). Then St. Petersburg is coming (8% share). Another 1.5 thousand vacancies with the highest salaries are posted in the Krasnodar Territory and Sverdlovsk Territory.

In the majority of vacancies (68%), employment companies indicate a salary close to or equal to the median (i.e. 60 thousand rubles), in 24% of vacancies you can find a salary that is twice the market average – 120 thousand rubles. For every tenth, applicants are offered 195 thousand rubles. And higher. At the same time, employers choose not to indicate the salary of one in every six vacancies in the country (17%).

In March, 1.2 million new vacancies were published on hh.ru.
