Ukraine needs up to $3 billion in financial aid from the West every month. This was stated by the head of the country’s Ministry of Finance, Sergei Marchenko, and his speech was published on the ministry’s website.
The Minister explained that this amount is vital to ensure social expenditures this year. According to him, Ukraine cannot afford a delay in attracting foreign financing.
