Sber’s net profit under IFRS in 2023 increased fivefold 12:23

“Sber increased its net profit more than fivefold on an annual basis, generating 1,508.6 billion rubles for the 12 months of 2023,” the bank’s abbreviated report says.

The bank’s net profit in the fourth quarter of 2023 increased to 359.7 billion rubles.

Sberbank president Germn Gref noted that the bank achieved a return on capital of 25.3%. According to him, the number of active customers of the bank reached 108.5 million people and 3.2 million companies.
