First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Andrei Belousov said at the plenary meeting held on Entrepreneurship Day within the scope of the Russian fair that increasing labor productivity is a key factor for increasing wages and overcoming restrictions in the labor market. The Deputy Prime Minister explained that the Ministry of Economic Development is currently working to create a system that will achieve these goals.
“Literally in January-February, we thought about creating a nationwide network to increase labor productivity with the participation of the productivity.rf digital platform. This is one of the elements in the structure of the national “Labor Productivity” project. “The platform includes optimization of customer routes, corporate management systems, digital transformation of medium and large enterprises and increasing the competence of workforce resources,” he said.
According to Andrei Belousov, the country’s economy has come a long way in recent years.
Among the most important results was the renewal of domestic industry; 85% of the industrial capacities operating in the country today were created in the last two decades. At the same time, industrial production increased 2.5 times compared to 2000.
One of the most important factors that made it possible to achieve this result was the steady improvement of the business environment in the country.
“All these achievements show that we have created a solid and stable foundation to solve any problems and overcome any difficulties that our country faces or may face today,” says Andrei Belousov.
In response, Russian Minister of Economic Development Maxim Reshetnikov announced the details of the state support system for entrepreneurship.
The head of the department is confident that it is the close interaction and trust-based relationship between the government and business that has made it possible to maintain the stable development of the Russian economy in recent years.
“Through industry associations and regional representative teams, entrepreneurs initiated proposals for support measures and provided feedback, and we fine-tuned our tools based on this,” Reshetnikov explained.
In the last two “sanctions” years, the head of the Ministry of Energy said that redirecting export and import flows, ensuring the stability of settlements and settlements are the main tasks.
On February 27, the National Achievements Forum: Entrepreneurship in Russia took place.
